1. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for eligible products within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Customers can request an exchange if:

  • The product size does not fit.

  • The product received is damaged during transit.

  • The wrong product has been delivered.

  • A defective product has been received.

Only one exchange is permitted per order.

Exchange requests submitted after 7 days from the delivery date may not be accepted.


2. Conditions for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange, the product must:

  • Be unused and unwashed.

  • Be free from stains, perfume, deodorant, makeup, or alterations.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be returned with original packaging, if available.

  • Include all accessories received with the product.

Products that do not meet these conditions may be rejected after quality inspection.


3. Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact us at saheerasupport@gmail.com or +91 9770224045 within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Share:

    • Order Number

    • Reason for exchange

    • Product photographs (if damaged or incorrect)

  3. Our support team will review your request.

  4. If approved, pickup or return instructions will be provided.

  5. After the returned product passes our quality inspection, the replacement product will be dispatched.

If the requested size or product is unavailable, you may be offered store credit or another suitable resolution at our discretion.


4. Return Policy

We generally do not accept returns for a refund unless:

  • A wrong product has been delivered.

  • A product arrives damaged.

  • A manufacturing defect is confirmed.

  • The product cannot be replaced due to stock unavailability.

Returns requested for reasons such as personal preference, change of mind, colour expectation, or style preference are not eligible for refunds.


5. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after:

  • The returned product is received.

  • The product successfully passes quality inspection.

  • The return request is approved by our team.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method. Customers may be asked to provide their bank account details.

Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refunded amount.


6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

If an eligible cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund (if prepaid) will be initiated to the original payment method.


7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product,

  • A defective product, or

  • An incorrect product,

Please include:

  • Order Number

  • Photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the package

  • A brief description of the issue

Failure to report such issues within 48 hours may affect our ability to process your request.


8. Non-Exchangeable & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange or return unless they are damaged or incorrect:

  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale.

  • Products marked as "Non-Returnable" or "Non-Exchangeable."

  • Gift cards.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Products without original tags or packaging.


9. Quality Inspection

Every returned product undergoes a quality inspection upon receipt.

If the product does not meet the eligibility criteria stated in this policy, the exchange or refund request may be declined, and the product may be shipped back to the customer.


10. Reverse Pickup

Where reverse pickup service is available, we will arrange pickup through our courier partner.

If reverse pickup is not available in your location, you may be requested to ship the product to the address provided by our customer support team.

In such cases, we recommend using a reliable courier service and retaining the shipment receipt until the process is completed.


11. Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges, Cash on Delivery fees, or any additional handling charges (if applicable) are generally non-refundable, except where the return is due to an error on our part (such as a wrong or defective product).


12. Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, or if the order is returned due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we reserve the right to deduct applicable shipping and return-to-origin charges from any eligible refund.

Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restrictions on future Cash on Delivery purchases.


13. Force Majeure

We shall not be responsible for delays in exchanges or refunds caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, or courier delays.


14. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Exchange & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

The updated version will be published on saheera.in with the revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Website after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
